Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
At HappyCoffee, we want you to love your brew as much as we do. We understand that buying coffee online can be a leap of faith, so we’ve made our policy as fair and clear as possible.
1. Our "First Sip" Guarantee
New to HappyCoffee? We want you to try us out risk-free! If you’re not completely happy with the flavor of your first-ever bottle, let us know within 30 days of delivery.
-
We will offer you a refund for that bottle—no hard feelings!
-
Note: This applies to the first bottle of your first order only.
2. Subscription & Recurring Orders
To ensure your coffee arrives fresh and on time, our system starts preparing subscription orders immediately.
-
Managing your sub: If you need to pause or cancel, please do so via your customer portal at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
-
Once a recurring order has been processed and sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, we are unable to cancel or refund that specific shipment.
3. Safety & Returns
Because our products are food-grade liquids, we have to prioritize safety.
-
Sealed is Best: We can only accept returns for items that are unopened, with the original safety seal fully intact.
-
International Shipping: If you'd like to return an unopened product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Since coffee can be heavy, we always recommend checking shipping rates first!
-
Authorization: Please reach out to help@gethappycoffee.com before sending anything back so we can provide you with the correct return instructions.
4. If Something Goes Wrong (Damages)
We do our absolute best to pack your bottles securely, but the journey to your doorstep can be bumpy. If your order arrives damaged:
-
Take a quick photo of the damaged bottle and the box.
-
Send it to help@gethappycoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery.
-
We’ll jump into action and send you a replacement or issue a credit right away.
5. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days for banks to process this, depending on your provider.
