1. Fulfillment Timeline
At HappyCoffee we prioritize the quality of our brews. Every order undergoes a quality check before leaving our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. After which shipping can take up to 5 to 7 business days.

Note: During peak seasonal volumes or promotional events, processing may take longer.

We do not dispatch shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
2. Global Distribution & US Logistics
We proudly ship our flavors worldwide.

US Domestic: We deliver to all 50 states. Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are handled exclusively via postal services that support these formats.
3. Shipping Rates & Tracking
Rates are calculated live at checkout, based on your location. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24 hours for the link to update.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties (tariffs) and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
